I'm pretty sure that Tolkien only used the term "baseborn" once. The only question is whether it is accusation or the reply, but it seems most likely to be Beren to Thingol:

'Death you can give me earned or unearned; but the names I will not take from you of baseborn, nor spy, nor thrall.'
