Movie, two words - though you should get it from just the first motey.
Mission Impossible? (I'm imagining a scene where posters SF and CG are that friendlly.) Or maybe Sleeping with the Enemy?

Kindred Spirit, is yours the Salmon of Doubt? (Douglas Adams' last book)

It's late, and my contribution is a pretty easy one:

Crash

I like easy ones. :D

But now I have to come up with some for other people to have fun with.

Movie (one of my personal favorites, but not well-known, from ~ 30 years ago)
Four words - middle two words are small.

And here's an easier one:

How many words are in the easier one, Jny? (Don't find it easy yet. ;) )
but being a cheerful hobbit he had not needed hope, as long as despair could be postponed.

narya, you know, although that wasn't the official answer, I'm going to give "Sleeping With The Enemy" to you because it was better than mine.

The official answer was Sleepy Hollow, because any pretence of hugs/kisses between SF and CG would be the latter.

subtle, subtle, Lidless. :D

Sorry that I forgot the clue for my easy one. It's a movie - 6 words.

Jny's first looks like Gone with the Wind but that is older than 30 years so I will have to think again.

Yes! Man in the Wilderness! Good work, Lidless.

I'm curious how many of our posters have seen it.

Man in the Wilderness? Was that with John Huston and Richard Harris? Strange film (but compelling).

I can't even get these after the answers have been given.

Nope. Another clue - it is set in the early 20th century.
