Well I'm not a new member, but I am someone that hasn't posted here in a really long time and I only have like 20 posts to my name right now! LOL! Hopefully that will change though! I'm looking forward to talking to you all again. I've really missed you! I hope I can keep up with the discussions around here as deep and intellectual thought hasn't always been my strong point! I do like to read deep and intellectual thoughts though!
P.S. I think it says so as my rank still, but if it doesn't I am Sidonzo from b77.

“There, peeping among the cloud-wrack above a dark tor high up in the mountains, Sam saw a white star twinkle for a while. The beauty of it smote his heart, as he looked up out of the forsaken land, and hope returned to him. For like a shaft, clear and cold, the thought pierced him that in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach.”

We don't need to see your rank to know who you are, Mrs. Baggins.
Good to see you here again!

Pf! - Aren't you the one who started the deep, intellectual thread about intelligent design on B77?I hope I can keep up with the discussions around here as deep and intellectual thought hasn't always been my strong point!

Welcome back, Mrs Baggins!

Happy posting!

Most people I know find they have a lot more deep and intellectual thought in them than they were aware of.I hope I can keep up with the discussions around here as deep and intellectual thought hasn't always been my strong point!

Happy posting!

but being a cheerful hobbit he had not needed hope, as long as despair could be postponed.

*recovers from the awesome tacklehug*
I've missed you so much Prim too!
I'm older (I don't think too much wiser though) than when we last talked. Like I was telling JS last night, I even have grey hair now and it feels really weird! LOL!
Jn, no I didn't start that thread! LOL! I think the only thing I started in the Symposium that went anywhere was a thread on misogyny. Trust me...I haven't started anything deep or intellectual lately!

ETA: And I missed TH!
Well I suppose I have a deep post or two in me somewhere. They just don't come out very often!

Trazzie AND Sid?
It's such a pleasure to see you here. I missed you.
Don't worry about being deep. Just post.

Nah, I'm still mostly Hobbit...But I decided to get a more "Middle Earthy" name and I just liked the sound of trazuviel over trazornblower. You have turned into an Elf!

I'm in the same boat if even more so. My only worry is writing too many shallow and thoughtless posts.Mrs. B wrote:Well I suppose I have a deep post or two in me somewhere. They just don't come out very often!

Well I haven't been to TORC in ages, and when I was there I was certainly more of a lurker than a poster. I think I have like 75 posts there at TORC still to this day! LOL!
Trazzie sounds good to me!
I haven't really got a nicname here yet, though Mrs. B sounds good to me as long as no one else has it yet! I like to keep things as short and sweet as possible.
Of course Sid is great as well since that is the name most people know me by!

Mrs. Baggins
I'd love to call you Sid, Mrs. B just stood out when I first saw your avatar.
:D
I joined TORC in Feb of 2002 and had over 4000 posts (I posted some in Books, and a LOT in Tom's
) but really slacked off about a year ago. The only thing I've been posting in lately is my LJ, but TrueHobbit suggested I check out this place. So far I really like it!

I'm very glad to hear that, Trazzie!
