I don't see any real issue with Ty Cobb commenting on this case, and I think he is right, with the caveat that if Trump wins the election the case will likely disappear before she is able to be replaced.

Ben Wittes, at least, thought that the testimony was a disaster for the prosecution, and that beating that she is taking and will take tomorrow on cross-examination outweighs any benefit of the testimony. I'm not sure I agree with him on this one.
