Only if they see you as a threat during nesting season. Usually bicycle riders will get swooped on streets or park-paths. It's kind if like dogs chasing cars in a way. Occasionally walkers, but I've never had a problem as I tend to talk to them. Our resident family of four that hung around our old house would chase the ravens and occasionally swoop bike riders along the greenway trail behind the house.
Our resident Ravens are entering their spring nesting period. They have been collecting just the right sticks from the yard, and sometimes they will bring things to us in return. Shiny rocks, a wingnut, a tile square, sticks, etc. I'll find my photos and share them.

Photo by my husband, because this zoom is beyond the capability of my phone.

A nice selection of our shore birds.
Earlier, I missed taking a photo of approximately 679 seagulls flying over my head. My first worry was a Hitchcock scenario, my second, that they don't poop on me, so by the time I thought of pictures they were gone.

Incidentally, there's nothing pink about this turquoise-green lake; it was named after a family of Irish settlers who cleared a farm in the area in 1826.
"Spirits in the shape of hawks and eagles flew ever to and from his halls; and their eyes could see to the depths of the seas, and pierce the hidden caverns beneath the world."
Pretty lake. And I immediately thought, there was someone by name of Pink, wasn't there.

Great photos! One thing we lack around here is an abundance of fall colors.

You can find patches of fall color here, mostly up in the Sierra or the wine country. But we are rich in evergreens here.
Rose, lovely photos!

We're nearing the end of fall. Here are a few photos of my favorite local park. The 3rd photo that looks distorted is leaves on the water/reflection of the leaves on water.
Yes, it's pretty although well past peek. The big trees in our yard are just starting to turn do, lots of leaf taking ahead.
Hubby has his hip replacement scheduled for Wednesday. I went on this walk with our daughter. It was a relatively short walk due to time constraints, but I wanted to go. This trail is so eroded that it would not be good for anyone with mobility issues.
Son came back from a trip North, and was very impressed by the leaf display. But all I got was pictures of him in a boat and of crab rolls.

This Red-tailed hawk let me get amazingly close. Maybe 10 feet.
