Looking for Quote Galadriel "Have trees and grass about me that do not die."

Does anyone know the source for this quote? I took it down as I read it but not the source. I think it is the Sil but not 100% sure.

I like gardens, trees and unmechanized farmlands; I smoke a pipe, and like good plain food (unrefrigerated), but detest French cooking; I like, and even dare to wear in these dull days, ornamental waistcoats. This is from The History of Galadriel and Celeborn from Unfinished Tales (pg. 324 in my edition) in the dialogue with Celebrimbor:

"I would have trees and grass about me that do not die - here in the land that is mine."
